Michael J. Bungo
Mr. Michael J. Bungo, 39, of Houtzdale, PA passed away on Sunday, Nov. 8, 2009.
He was born March 21, 1970 in Philipsburg, PA a son of the later Michael Bungo and Susan D. (Polinsky) Bungo, who survives in Houtzdale.
He was a 1988 graduate of the Moshannon Valley High School and served in the US Navy.
He was employed as a machinist at Skytop Machine of Port Matilda, PA, for 4 years.
On July 5, 2002 in Houtzdale he married Melissa S. Kruies who survives of Beccaria.
Mr. Bungo is survived by four children; Zachary Fox, Jordan Fox, Madyson Bungo and Landon Bungo all of Houtzdale; two sisters; Karen Shultz and her husband Bill of Williamstown, MD, and Michelle McCoy of Coalport. Four nieces and 2 nephews also survive.
He is surveyed by his mother-in-law and father-in-law; Linda and John Kruies of Luthersburg, a sister-in-law, Brandie Burgess of Severan, MD, two brother-in-laws, Shawn and Noah Kruies of DuBois.
He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Bungo on Oct. 10, 2000.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009 at 7:00 PM at the Kruise Funeral Home, Inc., Ramey, PA, with Fr. Zab Amar officiating. Friends will be received from 6-7 PM on Tuesday in the funeral home.
