Maude A. (Hugill) Warrick
Mrs. Maude A. (Hugill) Warrick, 80, of RD New Millport, passed away at 4:18 PM, Monday, January 4, 2010 at the Clearfield Hospital.
She was born on March 17, 1929 in Hogback a daughter of the late John and Elvaretta (Fetters) Hugill.
Mrs. Warrick was a member of the Oak Ridge Union Church and was a homemaker.
She worked as a seamstress at Kent Sports Wear of Curwensville and at the Viceroy Sewing Factory in Osceola Mills.
She was twice married, first to Frederick Lumadue on Aug. 30, 1945, he died on July 21, 1953. She then married Samuel E. Warrick, Sr on June 22, 1957 in the New Millport United Methodist Church, he died on June 1, 2006.
Mrs. Warrick is survived by 5 children and 4 step children; James Lumadue and his wife Arlene of Hanover; Bonnie Goding and her companion Jeff Shanholtz of New Millport; John Lumadue of Monessen; Elva Rowles and her husband, Barry "Hoss" of New Millport; Samuel E. Warrick, Jr and his wife Susan of Clearfield; step daughter, Martha Hetes of Butler; step son Calvin Warrick and his wife Gloria of New Castle; step daughter Charlotte O'Shell of Butler and step daughter Ilene Shemory of Mifflinburg.
She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 8 step grandchildren and a number of great great grandchildren.
A sister and brother survives; Loretta Potter of Philipsburg and Franklin Hugill and his wife Lois of Williamsport. A number of nieces and nephews also survive.
Along with her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by a step grandson, William O'Shell; a step great grand daughter, Alyssa; three brothers, John, Raymond and Clair Hugill.
Friends will be received on Wed., Jan. 6 from 6-8 PM and on Thursday, Jan. 7 from 12 - 2 PM at the Kruise Funeral Home, Inc, Madera.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, Jan. 7 at 2:00 PM in the Kruise Funeral Home, Inc., Madera, PA, at 2:00 PM with Pastor Charles M. Lee, Jr officiating. Interment will be in the Fruit Hill Cemetery , RD Ansonville. Condolences may be sent to: condolences@kruisefuneralhome.com.
