Ford H. "Duke" Kephart, Jr.
Mr. Ford H. "Duke" Kephart, Jr., 61, Madera, passed away at 6:40 PM, Sunday, January 17, 2010 at Clearfield Hospital.
Born on May 1, 1948 in Madera a son of the late Ford H. Kephart, Sr. and Violet C. (Peters) Kephart.
He worker at the JBC Sewing Factory Madera and the Hanover Cannery in Centre County
Mr. Kephart is survived by two sisters and a brother, Jean Swanson and her husband Melvin of Parsonville, Bonnie Warrick of Madera and Larry Kephart and his wife Becky of Madera.
He is also survived by a number of nieces and nephews
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, William.
Friends will be received on Wed., Jan. 20 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM and on Thursday, Jan. 21 from 9 - 11 AM at the Kruise Funeral Home, Inc. Madera.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, Jan. 21 at 11:00 AM in the Kruise Funeral Home, Inc. Madera. Pastor Kevin Howard will officiate and interment will be in the Alexander Cemetery, Madera.
